We changed the v15 Set effects to be the most dominant out of all the sets, since whats the point of getting it when theres level 105 sets giving better effects ..

v15 Blade set- +20% hp, +20% crit, +10% atk, +40% additional damage of crit hits.
v15 Knight - atk +10%,Ranged Blockrate+20%,Melee Blockrate+30%,HP+20%
v15 Psy set- MP+20%,Magic ATK+20%,Decrease of Magic Motion Time+20%,Add HP+20%
v15 Ele - Magic ATK+20%,MP+20%,Decrease of Magic Motion Time+20%,hp+20%
v15 Jester set- Additional damage of critical hits+40%,+10% atk, +20% hp, meele block +30%
v15 Ranger set - +20% hp ,Hawkeye Distance+40%,Additional damage of critical hits+40%,Critrate+20%
v15 Billposter set- MP +20%,Decreasing of Magic Motion Time+30%,atk+10%,HP+20%
v15 Ringmaster set- HP+20%,Ranged Blockrate+20%,Decrease of Magic Motion Time+40%,Melee Blockrate+30%

We'l be adding a ton more features soon, heres a taste to come:

- Underground ballon created: 26847 (hp+2000)
- v15 "BOSS" mobs now loot v15 sets and ring+20
- V15 mobs are now available
- Red Meteonyker is now looting (higher rate)
- Drakul (cursed & regular) are now giving drops!
- New town installed
- Eternae --> Tenebrae (Lvl 121 Required / Blinkwing added)
- Custom Boss Maps : Eternity (Lvl 60 Required / Blinkwing added / npc installation)
- Foods by 9999
- Secret Room manager text fixed
- Genesis v15 Boss HP updated (295m)
- Buffer'Menu Trade Added)
- Red Meteonyker is now looting (higher rate)
- Friendship A & B in the cash shop

Yeah doesn't make much sense but that's still a lot of block more than the 105 sets, you all want dex to make it both 20%? surprised

Melee helps against monsters so it more useful since none of the monsters are ranged I suppose.

Probably because it gives other awesome stats too which still makes it far better than the sets before it. Also dex wasn't gonna add block rate to any of the sets if I recall correctly. So maybe he should just get rid of the block all together lol. 30% is too much anyway makes it 45% when you +10 way too much haha... also to add +30% ranged block to jester set you would have to remove one of the other stats like the 40% ADoCH or change the melee to ranged.

Well, some people prefer block over 'other awesome stats'.
Besides that, the two blocks should be the same, makes no sence to put one higher than the other =/
On the lvl105 sets they're the same too...

I don't think you took a good look to those v15 sets, they all have stats which are too much, so i say make both the block rates just 30%, to balance the power of the sets.

I think you all complain too much, you don't have to buy the v15 sets haha since they suck now go ahead and stick with the 105 ones
