The person who continuously refused to stop stalking me was Ringtank.

I was there at the time. This is how I recall what happened:

We were lvling our rangers, Yuri was tanking, and this character comes up, Ks's steals the loot. This is not bannable I realize this. Then they told us to leave and wouldn't stop following her (Yuri) even after she said stop.
