heya, i've been playing for a while, and I wish to become a Gm.
I realize that i need to be able to contribute in some way to the game as a website designer or developer?

Currently I have some skills in basic html coding and can setup a website.

Why I want to join: I've been playing for a while now, and the basic layout of this gaming structure is stable and good as far as I can see, and if improvements were added, this server has definite potential to be the best. I wish to become a [GM] because I've seen a lot of new people struggling and I hope that I can help them even more than I can currently.

As for examples of my work, my website got shut down =P too expensive to maintain and I'm still a student in school ^^ but I shall quickly finish up an example of what i can do and submit a link in my next post ^^

Technically its said that the standerd English language is the Queen's English.

I think Counterweight is trying to say can the person apply in a more formal way. Correct me if am wrong.

Anyway back to topic firebenderjay is right with you knowing html (as of yet thats all you've told us) the ideas that you may have in mind would be limited to the use of html therefore you would not be able to make improvements on things like gameplay. Plus html is not the only thing that creates websites like flyforhero.net. There are things like Javascript, CSS, XHTML and many others.

Although an example of some of your work would be great. ^^

haha yes, I can use rather decent grammatics, as well as type in a proper format if the occasion arises. As for coding languages, I did not realise that you had wanted a complete list of everything required. I have already told Counterweigh what I am capable of doing. So for now, I anxiously await your response.

=P most of what i am able to do really involves running a blog >.< like having people submit videos, updating entries and setting up the site so that it's not all tangled up XD

php, html, css, and a bit of sql

lol I know more than this guy/girl (No offense) just from using Dreamweaver and Notepad html codes a lot and taking a few classes/tutorials on the side. wink

...but school and work pretty much cover my day at the moment.
