New "Warning System" added to the rules

I will not run on a warning system:

1st Warning: No punishment.
2nd Warning: -5 to post count
3rd Warning: - 10 to post count
4th Warning: -25 to post count and 3 day ban from the WEBSITE
5th Warning: A week long ban and a complete reset of posts
6th Warning: IP Ban

A warning can be given for anything from 1 spam post to a inappropriate post.

Watch your posts.
