Full DEX Rangers are quite sexy too. I prefer Rangers over so-called Bow-Jesters because Rangers have superior Block Rates out of all classes. What's the point of dishing out critical damage if it can't connect?

Well i have a full dex jester and it has +28%hp and +10 A.Bow and i have good plugs so like monsterous hp smile

I noticed somewhere on the forums while I was reading that there is no block....doesn't that make the full dex ranger build and AoE full dex blade build completely useless? (I remember on a guide about using the user panel thing to buff yourself and under cats it said its a useless buff because there is no block in game. :/

Block is removed yes and the user tools guide is made by yours truly :3

imo (as i also stated in my own guide(Comercial: feel free to look for it its in this section as well)) the full dex ranger is hell to aoe with due to way to much power and an awsome amount of crits (atleast once you push up into the 90's)
stuff simply dies to fast to gather...

however rangers block rate was never all that good in the first place due to rangers being the class gaining the lest block% per dex (exept vagrants)

however it is a great class none the less
