Well, we all want an awnser to the question why the ranged block is less than the melee block.
Then you made a comment about Dex reducing or removing both the block (like you know right).
And now you say we don't have to buy the sets while Dex said:

I just want to be explained why the ranged block is lower than the melee block, and if Dex will make them the same, i say make them 30%
