however the girls jaw line kinda makes her look male in my eyes =/

XD. Its just that when people look at drawings, i want them to be interested in what they see. I could draw pretty flowers and an awesome butterfly, but its nothing special to people, so i draw abstract things or concepts.

Ok, the image below is something I drew for Winnie, so he can use it as an example in another drawing. To the best of my knowledge, this is pretty accurate. I exagerated the muscles A LOT, lol. I'm not sure about the back though, as I don't draw backs that often. But i doubt much people do.

Alight, next one is for kaka. Shes been begging me for this picture for about a week now and i've just been so lazy. I drew this in about 15 minutes, so i seriously could have done better, but i rushed it just because I wanted to draw that hand on Kakas shoulder :3 MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
I just took virtual sexual harassment to a whole new level.
This is my hair when I wake up XD
BTW, sorry Kaka if I butchered your face D: I butchered mine too, so don't feel bad.

I think that I should start from square one using geometric shapes for body frames and whatnot. Eventually, I won't need to rely on references so much. It's very costly and vexing to not do so.

If thats what helps you. I think the problem is, is that your basing the human body off of anime instead of real life lol. Anime is based off of real life, not the other way around (wouldn't it be awesome if it was though).Like, you were pretty lost about where the belly button goes, although you have one XD. *flicks your head* just look down next time ;p

Thats why I'm trying to help you learn some gerneral perspective and proportion rules. I know it gets irritating for me to criticize your drawings so much, BELIEVE ME I KNOW, but i'm honestly just trying to help you out (and trying to direct you away from other things dry you know what i'm talking about).
Even my art isn't perfect, but then again, none is. I'm pretty sure you'll get better though.

anyways i must say i like the picture a lot. and you really have hand drawing down.
never got good at that myself so i only drew the uper torso of stuff, made them into fists or simply hid the arms behind the back.

the hair is very detail (especially if you only worked for 15 min as you said O_O)

Haven't actually sat down to draw anything in a long time. Everything I've done has just been quick sketch-ups or doodles. sad
