wrong section, moved to graphics help and now to answer the question
BEFORE you do it, make a copy of your flyff/sfx/TEXTURE folder...so you have the originals in case you mess up
open up photoshop or paint or whatever image editing program you have
click open
go to flyff/sfx/texture and you'll see a bunch of files
for the wind files you'll want all sfx_ItemWind01-xx files...open them all with paint or whatever you got
then you need to edit each one to the colour you want. the easiest way to do this without messing anything up is to open the Adjustments tab (this is for paint, may be the same thing for photoshop i dunno). and under adjustments you want Hue/Saturation.
then you can change the colour by adjusting the bars of the hue/saturation
