| Hey, so I donated $4 the other day (lol) and I got my upgrade points to work and everything just fine, but I cant use the 1000 points I get from the package I bought for the point shop. When I try to access it in game it asks me to login and what not. So, I type in my character name, account name, and password, but every single time it tells me that the character name I entered isn't on my account. Whats the deal? Can you help a guy out?

| Make a new charater on account and try, if it doesnt work make a new account and charater and il transfer the points to that account so You can buy.
