JunK, the best way I can solve these problems is to have everyone coform to the same set of instructions for installation. That way, if a common problem arises, there will be common answers. Trying unheard of things will just result in unnecessary problems and confusion. The instructions I gave him will cause him to reinstall (which is what is needed in this case because he's messed up somewhere) and hopefully, he pays more attention to the installation instructions provided on the site.
