then you do need net framework - if you can't download it then i suggest you google an error message you get from that or whatever. but its your computer that is the problem with not being able to download things, we're not really able to help too much but we can do what we can if you describe as to why you can't download it PS. google net framework 3.5 download and try a bunch of different sites
