You might have missed a vital step in the extraction of the neuz.ini or something.
Anyways, if your patcher is still not working, post your question in the topic that I've given you the link to. As well, please look over the guide because other people have been posting their questions and concerns. Who knows? Maybe someone has a similar problem and had it resolved. Worth a look =)
