Yes, but did you... post this issue in the guide? Nope. Do it. I suggest you use the USER CP to teleport your character into Flaris. The reason your client crashes could be that your character is stuck in the world or something odd.
OR
Reinstall the whole thing. That's quite odd.
AND
Most importantly, go back the the guide and pop your question in there. Chances are that other people with similar issues can look back to the guide for help instead of wasting thread space (not likely, but wtf) =)
