When this happens it means 1 of to things

1. you where to impatient after it restarted and need to wait a bit

2. the server glitched the reboot and has to be rebooted manually so wait for Dex to do so

well you can allways find out like this:

if it says everything is up and you dont see either channelse or servers it mean the server glitched the reboot
