no its a bit more technical than that =/ when the server selection screen looks like this:
it means it glitched the reboot
this is (in my belife) becouse impatient ppl tryed to log on before it finished rebooting
to fix this it needs a manuall reboot so simply give Dex a notice on the Private chat (wait about 5 min after you first notice this then try again so we dont waste his time) and he will do it asap he noticed it...
DO NOT however start spamming him in the private chat... it will not make him work faster but simply just annoy him <.<
(remember Dex has a life to)
