this is perfectly normal, it just means the server glitched the reboot and needs to be manually rebooted you just have to wait for Dex to fix it also please look at this guide for more information
Come to the chatroom to get more information too. If Dex or another staff member (with access to server maintenance) is present, they will inform everyone when the servers are back up and running =)
