Opening up FlyfH Patcher

Whenever i go to open the FlyfH Patcher i get something that says

"To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v2.0.50727. Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework."

What do i do about this? can you please help me? I read JunK's guide and im up to the step before you get into the client where you're opening up the patcher...
