Locate your flyfh folder.
Open your neuz.ini and locate the Sound xx xxx xx
Replace it with Sound 1 1.0 0.5
so it should look like,

Server x
Sound 1 1.0 0.5
Guide x

Or anything that looks like that. Tweak the numbers to adjust the sound to anything you like .

If it doesn't work,
Check your speakers.
