Issues with Cash Shop

Okay, so i just recently donated to fly for hero and i was wanting to use my points in the cash shop. only problem is there seems to be "login issues" when i try logging into the shop.

I've tried about 50 times just getting in ._. The info i put in is correct as well and still nothing. D:

Make a new charater in that account and try, the charater you are using isnt able to access it.

thats odd, now it's saying that the character isn't in my account. ._."

Edit: when i capitalize the character name, it says the character isn't in my account. when the name isnt capitalized, it just says "login issue, please try again"

try making another charater on that account otherwise make a new account with new charater and try, If it works I can transfer the points .

Ehm.. it should work, try again making another account and charater >.<

I would make the account myself but I havent got access to game atm.

When you can log in PM me your account name you wish to transfer the package to.
