Can't get in!

I put in my ip and password, push the server, push my character, and accept. It says Connecting to Server. Then the screen turns white and shuts off.

What do I do?

That's not why...
It says connecting to server and automaticly shuts down.... For like an hour now....

Here's what I do in steps:

Type in IP
Type in Password and push Enter

It gets to the server screen, push Enter

It gets to the character screen, select my character and push Enter

"Connecting to Server"

Screen Turns White

2-5 seconds

Bloop! The whole game turns off.

Now i have had this problem as well with a lot of my characters (it happened to them all at once) and i lost the ability to use 4~5 of them atleast.

what i did was uninstall and then installed the game again, try this and see if it helps

Also, I tried to log in that character on my friend's computer and it did the same thing...
