Patcher & Connection Error

Every time I try to open / run the patch I get this error: http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/5741/errorforffh.png

My NET Framework is updated and I'm running XP not Vista. No idea why the patcher gives me that error :/.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Have you restarted your computer since updating to the Framework 3.5?
I think there has to be a restart for thoes sort of settings to take effect.

seeming as ur not running 64bit vista, you computer has issues, to get around this just find the run.bat file in your fly for hero folder and open it, dont forget to make sure ur ip address is changed
