Tip: Best way to earn penya is to GRIND.

Forsaken Tower is not the be-all and end-all place to grind for penya. Coral Islands and Azria are better picks if you glitch frequently from trying to access the Forsaken Tower.

In my opinion, azria is the best place to level for a 1v1 character. If you fight below your level you'll also make money very fast. I train a few levels under and usually have around 50mil by level 60. If you're an AoE character, Forsaken Tower will be much more convenient. The monsters are closer. Just play around and find what works for you. It's a game, enjoy it biggrin
