Uh...

I think that it might be because of the resolution, not totally sure.

Try setting the max reso possible.

Yep that's usually what the problem is. Open the game in the max resolution possible and move it down to the bottom of the screen. Then set the resolution back to normal and log back in. It should be fine after that.
