Can't Open Patcher

ok so i downloaded this and i can open it with run.bat but not the patcher. but i can't go into the coral dungeon cause i'm guessing it doesn't have the files for it so it just stalls. when i open the patcher i get this:

i don't think i'm missing any files or anything but i still can't open the patcher. i'm using windows XP.
anyone got any ideas?

Either you don't have .net framework 3.5 and service pack 3 installed, or you're running a 64bit version of XP. Coral acts funny sometimes when you try to go there, but it should work after 1 or 2 tries.
