You can try to PM Admin about this issue, but the best course of action is to create a new account and have your password written somewhere for future reference.

Dex is not able to retrieve passwords for you because they are encrypted. The only thing he can do is change it for you. So PM him and hopefully, if he feels like it, he'll help you out.
