Normal Mode help

Hi guys I need money for my weapon and armor, but I cant go to normal mode for some reason it takes awhile like around 5-10minutes and then I get disconnected. I could go to (PK)(Normal) mode but I cant get money there so, if someone could help me it would be nice.

i ALSO have this problem, along with not being able to trade with vendors.

im lv 60 now and still using lv 15 weapons because of this problem lol
