| i'm tring already 3 hours get what the prob and i downloaded the patcher deleted the file what you said to me
and maked an account than i open the game wrote the user and password created the char and the game works..
for 2 min max! 
after the 2 min or 1 its shout the game off nothing showing just off
when i get on this character on again its get for 1 sec and get off from the game
please help me i really wanna play now help me thanks for helpers
