HELPP!! Crashes

I've searched through the forums but couldnt find it.

Problem: When i click Accept on character selection screen.... it loads for a while... then it crashes... PLEASE HELP, I've used the chatroom but no one has a solution to it.!

And YES i have deleted flyff.a

Maybe a computer problem, reinstall the game, make sure your computer can handle the requirements of the game.
