Question about Drops

Yes, I did post this in the Ask a GM section, but got thinking about it, and I'm not sure if this is a bug or normal, so I decided to get more input - I don't want to bug a GM if there's no problem.

I find that I'm only sporadically getting drops..about 1 in 10 mobs will drop food, 1 in 15 penya, and one in maybe 100 equips.

I'm used to at least getting penya everytime because I only have a level 39-ish Acro in the Official Flyff...is it normal to only get occasional drops?

You have to kill mobs near your level (If you are 39 Kill mobs lvl 40~41) To get penya,food or equip, also if you want equips kill a giant near your level, it really fills up inventory ;P
