Where to buy the armor?

| Hey guys,
I've got a lvl 90 ranger, and I can't find a shop that is selling a normal lvl 95 armor (for a ranger)
Does any of you guys know it?

| The 95 NPC sets are special sets wich are not sell buy a npc.
It is special because this is the only lvl 60+ set wich looks not like a green set.
You can drop it from Giants, I have colect my set with 3 giants. ^^
