This is how it works, you get a item -> goes in inventory -> database deletes every singly item in inventory -> replaces all items and adds the new item -> d/c between this action can cause a inventory wipe

The database itself updates very quick so its down to bad luck, pk is a populor channel for this happening due to it not manaully being connected to the database so it just takes a little longer.

Sorry to those who have lost items, we can only restore donated items, due to us only have logs of donations!! If you have recieved a donated item , you must speak to them about it.
