my main char here is a RM

it takes you less than 1 hour 1v1 style to get it to the point where it can lvl aoe style

and since partys are bugged it makes it just as useless..

here you gain a exp boost form just being in a party and all a lowering of buff lvls would do
is screw over the other jobs that need high lvled buffs to maintain 100% atsp like knight, jesters blades etc.

the RM isnt dead here, its the easyest money making mashine...

what ur trying to do is forcing rms to go fs for buffs

besids look at eflyff how many ppl accually go FS there...
Very few (i my self is 1 of the few who did and loved it dont get me wrong)

but the fact is FS is very pointless here due to extream rates and partys disbanding

it disbands itself if: some1 leaves it, if it gets to high lvl and generally just feels like it

and do remember RM =/= FS only

and on a side note...
do make better options next time

This would in no way help the RM it would simply make it more of a pain to lvl
