Have some of the CS set pieces drop like a .5% chance off of normal creatures or something which would make them still a rare find for most people, and still make it where it doesn't effect the economy too much.
as for donators, having it this way wouldn't make it too much of a reason not to still donate since they won't have to grind tons of creatures just to get a Single CS item piece.
also having it this way, doesn't guarantee that every1 would get the full tiem sets all the time because it would be completly random

CS like meteo pets and whatever drops from Red Meteo, i think its enough.
Most of the players i know got strong without even donating, and did they ask for CS to drop from monsters? NO, they just farmed at FTs till they could kill red meteo.

Its a bad idea, it will ruin the server's challenge or whatever u call it. just like what i said in my post before.
I know when they release OsaFlyff Files, and our server uses it. We will prolly have some changes with the drops thingies. There are rumors that theres something wrong with the drop and the rate is as it is, if we change it, it might be ruined and make the monsters not drop anything just penya.
