| I was talking to someone in chat who wants to donate, but they live in the Philippines and can only donate via phone. As of right now, the Philippines is not marked as a country that people can donate via phone from. My question would be: is it possible to expand the number of countries that can donate via phone? If it is, should the Philippines be one of the countries that is included in the expansion?
