im always getting this..

and i reinstalled and stll the same problem..

please help cry

Reinstall, use the patch.
Make sure v11 is CLEAN.

I kind of solved this by googling NeuzD.dll download, and extract in into my Flyff Folder
Now with the new V13, you can download the whole FlyForHero patcher, wich already contains all files.
