Can u make a Starting Penya like in Other Private Server

and the all green weapon and set is in the npc. Like Legendary And Guardians Weapons,

this is only my suggestion

There won't be green weapons in the shop, you can buy them from the cash shop, buy them form other player or hunt them yourself. The most important things are already in the cash shop. (Spro/Gpro/Xpro/Apro/Azria ticket/FullShout/Scroll Of Belssing/restat/reskill).
There could come more to the cash shop once we get enough votes.

Thank you for suggesting, like what firebenderjay mentioned, greens will not be coming to shops
as officially stated by the admin of the server himself.

Though please search around a little before suggesting this as this had already been discussed time and again. =]
