Well, i went with my chars to Shaduwar to check it out, well i dced when i entered.
When i tried to login, i got dc cause i still was in Shaduwar. 
Here is a selfmade guide on how to get out:
First of all, you NEED to be on your board/broom/wings.
This is what you got to do:
1 Run the FFH patcher.
2 Type your account ID and password
3 Select the character you're stuck with.
4 Press enter or start to connect.
5 While it says "Connecting. Please wait" SPAM your spacebar button, this will run your board.
6 If done correctly you're in-game now but dced, BUT your character has been moved a bit because you spammed the spacebar.
The spam spacebar moved your character before you even could dc.
7 Now you have to repeat this a number of times.
Just login, select your charater and while connecting, spam the spacebard button on your keyboard.
If you're stuck far in Shaduwar it'll take more times, but you'll get out eventually.
It also can happen you even dc while it says "Connecting. Please wait", just click ok and try to connect again, while spamming spacebar.
Also when your client crashes, just run the patcher again and keep trying.
