Why cant i create char, while all the servers are online and stuff..

| to be honest im gonna start deleting this threads cause theres beginning to be so many - but i really want to figure this one out so i can post a guide or something on how to resolve the issue. so i will be in touch and when i can figure a solution that really works i will most likely try to PM everybody that i notice this has happened to and refer you to the corresponding post
