dunno where else to post this - or even if i really should post it. i know you can't get banned for upgrading in flaris, but it is a rule and after SEVERAL warnings and statements to stop, these 2 just kept on.
so i figure i'll just report them for breaking a rule, dunno what any consequence if any there will be tho. (thats up to you!) 
PS the screenies are just proof they were upgrading, and they're no where near an npc so it had to have been a + or +element....and it went on for a long time
