hi, i told him multiple times to go to the arena to upgrade but he ignored all my warnings so here i am reporting him

farghot does 2 things in game

1. breaks every rule he can find

2. uses these 2 words to get out of it 'me french'

and kaka he seems to suck up to you in chat, was worth a try getting him to stop

also farghot seems to thing anyone but him can fix the server and randomly spams 'fix server now' without looking, he seriously needs to be teleported to an isolated place in game with a GM talk to him in french and explain to him what not to do and if he does it again just ip ban him
he doesnt seem to be learning anything exept what he can get away with, i still see him running around kill stealing and upgrading in flaris and in chat he hasnt changed, still uses me french as his excuse to break the rules
