I was tanking for Rmmaster123 at Mutant yeti, Than Jesterbg came and gonna AOE to at my tanking mobs (while Rmmaster was aoeing to) And after he stolen my Loot .... We tried to talk to him and Kuro tried to ( he came because i asked his help at the chat ) He didnt answer me but he did answer Kuro after him asked him to stop to he said Ok. But when im gonna tank again he did it again... .

Killstealing or ks'ing is not against the rules.

Gala-net made it able to ks/killsteal since v12. So it's not really a bug being abused, or anything else against the rules. It's just annoying, like Hnr'ers.
There nothing you can do against it, Killstealing/ks'ing is not against the rules allong with drop stealing.

Possible solutions:

-Try to lose the ks'er.
-Go to the PK channel and handle it there.
-Make a suggestion to add a rule that bans ks'ers.
