i cant create a character

im new at fly for hero. iv been going with the how to install the game tutorial ( which there is a missing pic there in the neuz.ini part)
when im ready at start the game i log in normally and then when i go to the character creation, i press create and after about 20 secs of doing nothing fly for hero exits.

i tried all the other slots but didnt work cry
i tried using the user tools but i dont have a character cry
so wat can i do ?
PLS HELP I NEEED THIS GAME

Ok i will do my best to leave our profanity...
#1 are you guys really blind or something? first of all there are many topics like this, so many so that im deleting all of them (except this one) This will be the last one! AND there is no pic missing in my guide. so i dunno what you're talking about. i even had others check and it must just be you or certain people because everything is fine.
#2 i haven't figured this out yet...but come to think of it everybody that says they cannot create a character shows a missing pic in my guide. so now i conclude you have something wrong with your computer and the problems are connected!
#3 i need to find a common connection, so i need details. What operating system are you using, what are your computer specs including video card and even driver version if you can find it. Please don't ask how to find it all, figure it out...google for guides on how to get it all, but it would help if you did get it all and it was SPECIFIC.

ok so a couple people have told me that they fixed the problem just by reinstalling and following my guide.
so i'd have to say that the thing that causes this problem is an improper installation.
