CTD when I use any in game teleporter

Whenever I try to use any teleporter such as coral island or the tower doors the loading screen appears and I CTD without error. The rest of the game works fine. Any ideas?

I got good ideas and one of them includes you not looking for the topic that answers your question =) Here's how you do it:

1. Select the teleporter so that it's high-lighted with the cursor.

2. WHILE the teleporter is selected, move your character there.

3. Booyah! =3
