Find a weapon that's between the levels of 101-119. Break it to get the Emerald. That's it.

Now, I'm unsure as to how newb you are (you are likely too lazy to look it up), but upgrading the weapon will INCREASE the CHANCE and the AMOUNT of jewels that you'll get from the weapon. So if you have a +0 weapon and break it, chances of getting that one Emerald is low.

To make any Guardin, Historic, Angel or Legendary Golden weapon ultimate you need to donate for enough for a pack with atleast 1 ultimate credit

another thing that makes caali a lil messed up is that normal bloody wands cant be made but ultimates can.

Kakawuh has already mentioned the exceptions with the Bloody Wand. Only the Ultimate Bloody Wand is legitimate and functioning game-wise. Apparently, the Caali server files do not have the Bloody Wand in their database... hence, it doesn't exist as long as the game is concerned. Talk about a 'phantom' item, eh? Mind the pun XD
