No, this issue is not capable of being resolved. This occurrence is called a "roll-back" where the database for the private server resets in a way that loses some data. The most recent data is restored and the end result is what happened to you (and probably all other players). Be glad that the database didn't experience a "wipe." That's A LOT worse.
