Need help with patcher- I have vista.

I tried to look for a solution to all of this because non of the other suggestions are working.
I downloaded the client from the megaupload website and I also downloaded frameworks. I have already re downloaded and installed the client 2 times. Everytime I click on the patcher it gives me some bull about that it cant open it. The patcher doesnt even pop up.
I also set the compatability pack to windows xp service pack 2 but that didnt do any good.
YES I DID change the neuz.ini file and get this, my vista allows me to change the neuz into a word format. The patcher still gives me the same issue, nothing happens and it says report to microsoft or close program.

I ALSO TRIED THE SUNKIST METHOD, when I double clicked the shortcut I saw the loading circle for about 2 seconds and then it went away and nothing happened. Im pretty sure I dont have 64 bit. I also need to patch the game because when I try to run it without patching I get a crapload of glitches in the game and also sometimes my neuz fails to work. I need some major help here because Im pretty much out of all the options Ive seen.

If this is the case, you ARE running 64-bit Vista.

Strange. That should've worked fine unless you did something wrong. Try using run.bat and see if the game opens that way.

I have never had to patch the game and it runs fine for me on 64bit Vista. As for the glitches there's a lot on this server. Idk why your neuz won't work though. Are you sure you're using the FlyfH v3 client, and you did NOT run flyff.exe? If you did you gotta reinstall.

I don't know how much help I've been so post back in as much detail as possible what's still going wrong (if anything)
