This I didn't feel, need pictures. You can see I know how to use the Control panel, choose the character, choose the buffs, and press "Buff". I'm using the correct browser, but here's a picture of the buffs being initiated anyway. 
It's self explanatory how to buff oneself, and i've read how to do it.
I do have Firefox, and when I tick what buffs I want, and press BUFF, it says enjoy your buffs, but when I log on...I have none.
Any ideas? I have tried with all 3 available character slots I have, and they just don't seem to have any.
