no, it is possible for all wink

At the moment is it only possible to make bloody weapons to ultimate,
you need :

Bloody Weapon +10
1 Diamond
1 Shining Orickalcum

After you get this you can go to BoBochan and click create ultimate Weapon ,
when it fail broke only the diamond and the shining ori.
