i install net framework 3.5 and patch all the dates

but then come this:

you seem to have an out of date.Net Framework installed on your computer ,version 2.0.The Patcher needs .Net Framework 3.5
to run properly.Would you like to update it now

If you have .net framework 3.5, then don't worry about what the patcher says. appearantly, its having a problem recognizing it for you.
Just click "No" and continue.
