| Check These Things:
1. Any other server files in your FlyFF Folder?
2. v11 not v12? (v11 Needs to be Unpatched)
3. The Server isn't down?
4. The lag isn't causing it.
5. If all else fails, i'd PM [Admin]Dex

| Well It does involve character models, also you're not alone. I've tried getting a buddy to make a character in my account on his comp, but when I log on it won't even show me character selection, so I think the game isn't allowing you to see the character models.

| actually some items only appear/work on V12, but V12 has a hell lot more bugs then using V11, that's why you're advised to use V11..unfortunately I don't feel like patching all the way up from V9 again >.>;;

| i recommend not using v12. Its bad to use it...you will have tons of problems trust me. And doing the complete reinstall should fix this problem completely. On my school computer it won't allow me to go into the character selection screen eather, or the http://www.flyforhero.net/ main website eather. So if you are able to get onto the main website, then there is a solution to this problem. Especially if you are able to log onto the usertool on main site. Some computers and firewall programs. (or any anti popups programs) won't allow you to onto the character selection screen. I had the same problem on SWBII except i could not get the game to load properly. What i did is my avast needed acception for me to run the game. So i would say Do full RE-INSTALL and check all your anti- programs like firewall and stuff. Some computers don't allow it. So check on that. EDIT: also check your models files in your ffh folder!

| ya...i make runescape private server and if it won't let you logonto the character but lets you logonto the server then its your antivirus that is blocking it.
